Presets

Presets are preconfigured field & settings configuration used in PIM, specifically:

• The Bulk Edit tool
• The Export to Excel tool

Presets can be created when using these tools and then reused whenever the tool is used again – but to delete or reassign them you must go to Settings > Control Panel > Users > Presets where you can see a list of presets, where they’ve been created, and which users they have been assigned to (Figure 1.1). 

You can click each of the presets and use the Users/Groups selector to assign the preset to more users/other users.
