Tag Constructor

| Tag Constructor() | Initializes a new instance of the Tag class. |
| Tag Constructor(String,String) | Initializes a new instance of the Tag class and sets the value of a tag with the specified name. |
| Tag Constructor(String,String,String,String) | Initializes a new instance of the Tag class and sets the value of a tag with the specified name and also renderes an attribute on the xml (if template is using a xslt template). |
