File open in Templates folder (and subfolders) should not open in overlay

Hi

The overlay open is really nice for editors and should stay that way, but for developers working on files in the Templates folder and sub folders - it is not a good solution.

I suggest that files in templates folders, and the folders below this one should at least be possible to open as new window.

+1 That way you can have multiple files open and keep them open when you navigate to other sections of the site.
